An entire era in the history of theatre and cinema is associated with the name of Innokenty Smoktunovsky. His creative personality allowed him to produce amazingly deep images, each of which is a masterpiece of acting.
The exhibition is dedicated to the work of the People's Artist of the USSR Innokenty Mikhailovich Smoktunovsky, who for many years was a reader of our library.
The exhibition presents the works of photographers I. Alexandrov and I. Efimov from the theatre photography collection of the Centre for Visual Information of the Russian State Art Library, as well as the reflections and memories of colleagues, theatre and cinema figures, and theatre critics.
