The Russian State Art Library (RSAL) has published a collection of the Thirteenth International Scientific Readings, The Theatre Book between the Past and Future. The topic of the Readings is Collections of Theatre Books. For the 150th Anniversary of the Birth of Alexander Fomin. The presented publications of Russian and foreign authors reflect the history of the formation and study of the collections of theatre books in libraries and other institutions, and the history of the development of the Soviet theatre of the 1920-1930s. Articles related to the life and work of Alexander Fomin, founder and first director of the Library at the Maly Theatre (now RSAL), reveal little-studied pages of his creative biography.
