On February 28 a scheduled meeting of the Artist's Book Club was held at the Kuznetsky Hall in the Russian State Art Library.
An artist and a publisher Andrey Suzdalev made a detailed report “Fair Books” about his creative works. The artist mentioned that he makes each book for a particular project. That is why they are called “Fair”. Suzdalev’s projects include a movie and an installation. Suzdalev's idea of a book is: if you can't have any sound or video, then the book is an ideal object which gives all the information you need about an art project.
At the meeting books made by Suzdalev could be seen not only on the screen. Some Suzdalev's editions were on the exhibition table together with Valery Korchagin's “Ultima in Tula” and Mikhail Pogarsky's pieces.
