RSAL and the National Library of Belarus signed a Memorandum of Cooperation at the International St Petersburg Cultural Forum
On November 15, 2019, the Russian State Art Library Director Ada Kolganova and National Library of Belarus Director Roman Motulsky signed a memorandum of cooperation at the St Petersburg International Cultural Forum.
The agreement provides for joint access to the electronic information resources that they generate, and the international exchange of documents, publications, and other information resources to improve the access of Russian and Belarusian readers to the libraries’ collections.
It is expected that they will also hold joint exhibitions, conferences, and seminars that will help strengthen Russian-Belarusian relations in the humanitarian sphere.
